Shipping Policy

Our shipping is within Australia only. If you live in another country and would like to make the order, please contact us for more details (miss.emma.soap@gmail.com).

After the order/ payment is completed, we aim to ship all the orders within 3-5 business days and the tracking number will be provided. 

We do not accept any liability for any loss, theft or damage after delivery has taken place.

We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage due to late delivery.

 

If an incorrect information (wrong or incomplete address) is given and the parcel is returned to sender for re-dispatch, the new postage charges will be payable by the customer to re-send the parcel. Please ensure you carefully check the address when you order to prevent the failed deliveries.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet any stated conditions.

To benefit the local customers, we provide FREE local delivery in Lower North Shore Area as long as the order is over $20. If the delivery address is within 3K from us, you will have a free local delivery option upon checkout.

Return Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with our products, please contact us through emails for returns and refund. We will handle all returns and process refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

If there is a faulty product, please contact us within seven days after you received the goods, so that we can arrange the returns and inspection for faulty products. A replacement product will be offered  after the returned goods are received and confirmed to be faulty. 

If a refund is required under Australian Consumer Law, the amount of payment (exclude shipping fee) will be processed back to the same account/card that was used for original payment within 7 days.

 

We do not accept refund/ return for change of mind.

Dur to the personal nature of our products, no returns or exchanges can be accepted outside of this policy.
